End of September/October Wishlist.

Hey guys, I feel like doing a Wish List post today, I have never done one on my blog before but I feel like it's time to do one as I am in the mood to try out some new products. These are products that I would like to buy at the end of this month/end of October if I have enough spare money saved up to buy them. Most of them being face/skin care products as I love trying out new ones to find some great skin care products to help clear my pores and skin. I am looking for new products to add or change into my skin care routine.
I will be looking to do some review posts on my blog after testing out these products for a couple of weeks, so expect to see a couple popping up in the next couple of months. Whether I like the product or not, I will put a review up either way. Maybe this Wish List will help you discover some new products, so enjoy!

#1. Kaeso Rebalancing Mallow & Cucumber Toner, 195ml bottle. I have never tried any products from Kaeso Beauty, and to be honest I had never heard of this brand until I stumbled across it on the internet the other day. Their brand & packaging looks really professional and quite simple, which I like. They have a wide range of facial products and wish to try them all out. Unfortunately I don't think I would be able to purchase and try them all out! According to the website, the Rebalancing facial toner removes all traces of make-up and daily impurities. Benefiting from Mallow and Cucumber to moiturise and soften, and Witch Hazel to help refine pores and reduce oiliness. Restores the balance of an oily complexion and helps clarify skin condition. This product sounds perfect for my skin and wish to try this out and see if it could make a difference to my skin.

#2. Kaeso Beauty Hydrating Cleanser Aloe Vera and Cotton, 195ml bottle. Again, another Kaeso Beauty product that I wish to try, this time a cleanser. I don't know whether to go for the Rebalancing one to go with the toner, of to mix and match and go for the hydrating cleanser, I don't know if this will make a big difference to the results it would give or not.

#3. Mudd Original Mask, deep cleansing with pure clay formula. I have never tried any mud masks before and I thought that it's about time I try one out as I feel like it would do my skin some good. Again, I haver never heard of this brand 'Mudd' (if that's the actual brand name) but I feel like it's always good to try as many new brands as possible.

#4. Revitale Collagen Deep Absorbent Nose Patches. I have used nose patches multiple times before as I suffer from quite bad black heads and pores on my nose and these are always handy and easy to try and clean my pores. I think these will be good as they are formulated with natural charcoal extract.

#5. Fair Naturally - Cotton & Cucumber Facial Toner 100ml. Again another toner, but in a water formula. I want to try this product as it is made with cucumber extract and I feel like cucumber will help freshen up my face.

#6. Another 'Mudd' mask, this time, it's their sea mask that claims to hydrate the skin. I love face masks, and these will be great in the autumn/winter times when I have my nice pamper evening. I want to love these masks as I really need a face mask I can use on a weekly basis, this packet contains 5 applications which means I only have to repurchase one every month or so. (The one above '#3' contains 10 applications as it's a bigger packet).

#1. Dead Sea Spa Magik Mild Exfoliant 75ml. I am in need of a new exfoliant soon, and again, wanting to try new brands, I thought that this might be a good product as it's a mild exfoliant. I have quite sensitive skin and a hard/heavy exfoliants aren't always the best for my face.

#2. Dead Sea Spa Magik Super Night Cream 75ml. Another product from this brand. I don't actually own any night creams, apart from my night repair serum that I did a blog post on, so I thought that this could be a potential great first night cream for me.

#3. Tigi Bed Head Straighten Out Cream 120ml. Moving on to hair products now, I have tried a few Bed Head hair products before a while back and haven't tried any for a couple of years, so I feel like it's time to start trying them out again. I chose to add this Straighten Out Cream to my Wish List as I love using hair creams to help the condition of my hair, but this one should also help to keep my hair straighter when I blow dry it, instead of having little bits of hair going in all different directions.

#4. John Frieda Full Repair Perfect Ends Deep Infusion Serum 50ml. Again, I love using hair serums and I love John Frieda products so I'm sure this product should be a must have on my Wish List.

#5. Australian Organics Sweet Almond Oil Hand Cream 200ml. I have owned a few hand creams before, but I never really seem to use them as I find that I don't really like the fact of having oily/creamy hands after applying it for like a minute. But I don't know if that is because the ones I have tried before weren't very good and didn't sink in very well. I feel like I need to start using one as my hands can sometimes feel a bit dry.

My Autumn Goals.

Hey there guys, I'm sat here on this Monday night, just thinking about things, about life and the person I am. I have made a few mistakes lately and I feel like I'm letting myself go, like I'm not doing the best I could, and like I've kind have let myself adrift, and not putting as much effort into things and life as I should. You know when someone is talking to you about how you are and what you have done, and when you see things through their perspective you kinda realise how things aren't as what you expected or thought? Well that's kinda happened to me tonight, I don't want to go into too much detail but after having a long conversation with someone very close to me, I've realised that the person I am right now, is not the best I can be. I had a little moment, cried a few tears and felt sorry for myself (yep, I do that a lot *embarrassed face*), but you know, you gotta have a little meltdown now and then. Things in life aren't always going to go to plan, which I have realised in these last couple of months, and you're not always going to be the best you can be, because sometimes things get to you and you just feel like giving up and putting no effort into things.. Sometimes you don't even realise that this is happening to you until someone who is very often around you, tells you these things. Yeah at first it's going to get to you (I mean come'on, who likes being told that they aren't at their best) but it really does make you realise and think good and hard about things, and this often leads to a new and better step in your life.
So yeah, after this event happening, I have been thinking long and hard about me, and my life and I've realised that their is a few things I want to change in these last few months of 2014. So this is why I am here, writing on my blog. I am going to write down 6 things I want to change or do this Autumn.

. . . . . . . . . .

1. Listen more to people. I have this habit where half the time I guess I don't listen to what people have to say (not like a conversation or anything but when it comes to ideas or plans or something like that) and I always tell myself 'Nah, I know what I'm doing, don't need to be told what to do', when in the end, what I was thinking screws up, doesn't go to plan and makes things worse. Yes, I hate myself for it and that's why I want to change it.

2. Put more effort into making my boyfriend feel special. (Sorry guys about the lovey dovey stuff haha). Now I know my boyfriend knows that I love him, more than anything in this world, and I tell him all the time and cuddle him and everything else, but lately I haven't really been putting much effort into doing other stuff to make him feel special to me, like surprising him with little gifts or taking him out for lunch, dinner, picnics, whatever, but I think you guys get the picture, and so my goal for this autumn is to do more for my boyfriend, like taking him out for a meal, planning a nice cosy evening together or even little things like making him drinks and making him his lunch or breakfast in bed or anything like that, I think it would mean a lot to him, so that is what I am going to do!

3. My third goal is pretty much like the last one, but it's treating my boyfriend to a gift or surprise every couple of days. Now we talked about this a few months back after moving out of our old apartment. We said that when we get out new one we would treat eachother to little surprises every few days, just so there's that little presence of how much we love and know eachother there. We said it doesn't have to be anything big, we could just simply listen out to what each other is saying and feeling like if he said 'ouh I'm really stressed out after a long hard days work' I'd be like mhm, I think a nice little bottle of beer and a nice film would cheer him up, so I would waddle off (yes, waddle, I am a duck) to the shop, grab his favourite beer, maybe a packet of crisps or pop corn and then come back, pick a funny film that we haven't seen before and get in bed and watch it.

4. Have more pamper evenings. Now I don't often have these even though I wish I could have them every week. I just get a bit lazy and feel like I don't have enough time for these with university and stuff. (don't have an excuse for summer time though girl!) I don't think I really need any in the summer to be honest as I just find that it's too hot to have a nice relaxing bath, I would rather just have a nice warm shower instead. I think that Autumn is a great time to have nice pamper evenings.. Nice hot relaxing bubble bath with some chilled out music on, a nice soothing face mask, flickering candles.. mhm I can't wait haha! With the colder weather coming and university I think this would be great. I am in need of these nights very soon as I get very stressed out when it comes to university.

5. Fourth one, start a YouTube Channel. Now I have been wanting to start one for so long now, I have been watching videos since I was at least 15 so for about four years now and I am addicted haha. I have been so inspired by so many Youtubers and there has been many a times where I have got my camera out when no one is around, filmed a video, edited it and never uploaded. I just pull out right at the last second, I don't know why, I guess it's just because I feel like it's not good enough or that no one will like or watch it.. I think the idea of Youtube is great, you can find so many different and amazing or funny content on there and watching videos does make me feel happy when I'm feeling a bit down, and I would love to be able to be that or do that to someone else to. The problem is I am quite a shy person, not very confident, and I just put myself down and think that I will never be good enough. I want to make videos to boost my confidence and get over my 'being shy' thing that I have, I hate it. So, this autumn, I am determined to pick up my camera and film a video and upload it, without fail! My boyfriend has recently started a Youtube Channel (Here) and it has inspired me to do mine. So, hopefully in the next couple of months you will see a blog post on here with a link to my very first video!

6. My very last one for now, is just to tell all the people close to me how much I appreciate them and how much they mean to me. I think everyone should do this, tell people how much they mean to you, tell them how much you appreciate what they do for you, because I am sure that will put a big smile on their face and you always tell them this before it's too late. I am going to tell people how much I appreciate everything they do for me and make sure that I tell them everyday how much they mean to me and make me smile (say 'cheeeeese'! Only kidding!) because I feel like I don't do that enough and doing this will also make me a much happier person I believe..

. . . . . . . . . .

There you go guys, there is my little list of goals this Autumn, I could probably write and think of more but I am going to end it there for now. Maybe I will do a follow up on it, maybe I won't. But I hope you guys liked it and I would love to know 1 of your goals this Autumn so let me know in a comment if you would like to. :)

Perfect Pink Pout.

Hey guys, I'm here today to show you my new favourite lip combo using two products from Kiko cosmetics. I've had these two products for a few months now but always sticking to a 'nude' lip I never really reached for them, until the other day when I was wearing a lot of black (black midi skirt & top from H&M and a black blazer) and I needed to find a way to add a bit of colour. Looking through my makeup draw whilst doing my makeup, this pink lip liner from Kiko caught my eye, it's such a gorgeous bright pink and is the smoothest and easiest lip liner to put on, it just glides on your lip. It is in the shade 612, unfortunately Kiko don't put names on their products, they only do it online and when I look on their website this one is sold out, so don't have the name for it. I bought this in the sale for under 2 euros which was a bargain and it's the glossiest lip liner I have ever tried hence the name of it 'Ultra glossy lip pencil'. I then remembered buying a bright pink lipstick from the shop to go with the lip liner. It's one of their Crystal Sheer - Glossy Lipsticks in the shade 417 - Bright Pink (the name says it all haha). What I like about this lipstick, as you can tell by the name that it's quite sheer, it still is quite bright but not as bold as a 'non-sheer' one would be, which is great for me as I often try and stay away from big bold, bright lips as I feel like it doesn't really suit me. So if looking to try out a nice bright red or pink but still don't feel 100% confident about it I definitely recommend looking at the Crystal Sheer-Glossy Lipstick range from Kiko. I live in France but if I remember correctly there is only a Kiko in London but you can order offline. I was lucky that last year when I was at my old apartment, I had a kiko literally right across the road, I always used to pop in there on my way to do the food shopping and sneak back in with a bag full of makeup making sure my boyfriend doesn't see haha, even though I used to spend ages in there and would always guess that I went into Kiko as I took so long. Guess I wasn't that sneaky! What I also love about this lipstick is the packaging. The packaging is cute and shiny, but what is more intriguing is the way you open it. To get the lipstick out you have to push the top or the lipstick and it will pop out underneath, I might just be weird but I love it so much haha, I just find that it's a different and cool way to open the product. I don't know if any other lipsticks have this but this is definitely the first I have seen with it.

I will insert a couple of photos of me wearing this lip colour down below. Again, sorry for the terrible quality of the photos but still no camera as I have just been too busy with getting ready to move out.

The Summer Tag!

Hey there guys, back again with another tag thanks to the lovely Hattie! (Go check out her blog!) This time it's a Summer tag, and for the past couple of weeks the weather hasn't really been that great here in France, it's been sunny but not very hot and pretty windy, which has been such a shame as I like to be outdoors as much as possible in the Summer before having to go back to University. But the Summer tag is a great end to Summer 2014, so let's go!

1. Favourite bronzer for summer?
Ok, now this might seem a little weird, but I don't really own a bronzer (*blushes in shame*), well, I have one, but I never really use it as I haven't really been a fan of bronzer, BUT, one of goals by the end of the year is to try out a couple of different ones and hopefully I will end up falling in love with one haha.

2. You're relaxing in a hammock on a tropical island, what are you sipping on?
Ouh, it will have to be a lovely, freshly made, Pina Colada out of a coconut. (No I am not under age to be drinking, I am 19 years old haha).

3. Favourite summer lip product.
Mhm, it would either have to be my Rimmel kate Moss lipstick in 101 or one of my Nivea lipbalms as my lips have been getting very dry this summer so I have been constantly having to use a lip balm.

4. Pool or beach?
Without hesitation it will have to be pool, but a private one in like a Villa or something, I don't like public pools, especially when there is too many people and beaches are too crowded for me too, I just don't like it when there's too many people, especially when I am on a relaxing holiday. (do I sound anti-social? I hope not haha). I do like to go to the beach, mainly when the sun is setting, as it looks beautiful and not many people are left there.

5. Summer = Crazy hair! What's your must have styling product?
I have been trying out lots of different hair products this summer, but my favourite styling product has got to be my Aussie Dual Personality Aussome Texturising & Conditioning Gel Spray, great for giving my hair a bit of volume and texture when I don't put any heat on it and I have my natural waves.

6. Sun bathing or fake tan?
Neither! haha. Well, sun bathing is just a no no for me, as I am ginger, I can't lay out in the sun for more than 10 mins without burning! *sad face* but there has been a couple of times over the years where I have magically managed to tan, don't ask how cos I have no idea haha, but I was very happy! And fake tan, mhm, never really tried it to be honest, just because I am scared that I will either end up patchy or matching my hair colour!

7. Favourite summer nail polish?
Either my Essie nail polish in the shade 220A-Cascade cool, which is a lovely summery baby pink, or my Kiko Quick Dry nail polish in the shade 804 which is a gorgeous coral/orange colour.

8. Any summer traditions?
Not really, I guess going for bike rides and walks with my boyfriend as much as we can is a summer tradition for me as we do it every year haha. The only real tradition is that my sister and her boyfriend always come over at the end of summer just before we have to go back to school.

9. Favourite summer scent?
My Escada - Born in paradise perfume. Great fruity summer scent. I did a blog post last week about it if you want to go and check it out.

10. Favourite BBQ food?
I love BBQ's, definitely a summer staple, I always have at least one each summer. I think my favourite food is either burgers or sausages put in French bread and onions, yummy!

11. What's your favourite summer proof product?
Mhm not too sure how to take this question, as I have seen a few people doing this tag haven't either haha. Erm, does it mean a mekup up product that doesn't like melt or smudge in the summer or does it mean just like your favourite thing to do or have in summer? I don't know.. *Confused*.

12. Any summer vacation plans for this year? No plans? Tell us about your dream trip.
Nope, didn't go on any holidays this summer, but I am hoping to go to America for a couple of weeks in the next couple of summers, so excited! I think my dream trip would be the Maldives, Dubai or Greece, those places look so beautiful!

I enjoyed doing this tag, as always, thanks Hattie. I guess I should nominate a couple of people to do this tag so I would like to tag ourpreciouswonders & hailesheartsfashion

My current hair care routine

Hey there guys! I wasn't quite sure what to post today, but whilst doing my hair this morning I thought 'Ouuh, this could be a good little blog post to do.' I have recently changed my hair care routine, not by much, but I am doing different things to try and make my hair a bit more healthier and I have been testing out new products to try and make a difference to the appearance of  my hair and give it more volume. [ Sorry guys but this may be a very long post, if you are just interested in the products then please scroll past this very long text that's about to come. ]

Let me start off my talking a little bit about my hair before getting into the routine (even though I've probably mentioned the condition of my hair in a few blog posts when talking about hair products, so scuze me and if you are not interested in this bit please do skip down to the 'routine' part). So my hair hasn't always been in great condition and I have quite a few split ends (I used to have a lot more) and my hair does tend to break very easily. I went through a period where I stopped using any type of heat on my hair for about 6 months or so when I was in high school, this was when my hair was probably at it's worst I will say and I needed to do something about it and so using no heat was one of the best things for it. I used to wash my hair everyday which meant blowdrying it every day which then led to straightening it everyday. I used to straighten my hair everyday as I never used to really like my natural little wave or so to my hair but now it really doesn't bother me at all.. I can't even remember the last time I straightened by hair tbh, it is not essential for me anymore, and I'm kinda glad. When I was using this much heat on my hair I was never really using any hair products either to try and protect my hair, I would use a little bit of heat defence if I remembered but no serum or hair masks or anything in fact, just shampoo, conditioner and a lil bit of heat defence every now and then. One day I realised that it had to stop before I ruin my hair completely. It was pretty much like straw haha, and I hated it. So yeah, I had to try and find a way of styling my hair without using any heat knowing that I didn't want to tie my hair up in a pony tail or a messy bun or anything as I am very self concious about my ears and my forehead (lel). So I decided to do two braids in my hair after washing it and then sleep with them in so in the morning all I had to do was take them out and voila! Of course my hair wasn't straight at all, I had lots of waves in it from the braids and I ended up really liking it. The only problem was my little side fringe bit, well it wasn't little it was quite long, it ended up a bit weird and I didn't want to straighten it so I used to grab a couple of bobby pins and pin it to the side. And there, that was my hair style for like pretty much a whole year at school and it did really help a lot. My hair was also ruined from where I used to die it a lot, I did a blog post all about this so I won't really say anything about that. Moving on a couple of years.. You can definitely see a difference, even though I did start using a bit of heat on my hair after the 6 months or so, I started washing my hair every 3 days, and blow dried it but I still don't really straighten it to be honest. Washing my hair every 3 days means that I only ever need to use heat on it once every 3 days which is so much better than when I used to do it every day. So yes, my hair does feel a lot better and I definitely have a lot less split ends, although I do need to get my ends cut again soon as they are starting to show up again at the ends of my hair. Until a few months back I used to sleep with my hair up in a messy bun and this was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made (not even joking haha). I used to wake up and take my hair band out and my hair used to be so knotted and break so easily and it just made my hair feel so horrible. Then I discovered that putting a braid or two in your hair when you go to bed protects your hair as it doesn't get knotted or anything and so every since then I have been doing this and I can really tell a difference in my hair, it feels a lot softer and my hair feels a lot stronger and doesn't seem to break as much as it used to. My hair has definitely improved over the last couple of years but it's still not in the best condition I don't think so I'm still trying out lots of different products to make it look and feel better. Anyways guys, here is my current hair care routine, enjoy!

♥ . ♥ . ♥ . ♥ . ♥ . ♥

So first of I wash my hair, I do this about every 3 days. I used to wash it everyday when I was at high school and it used to get so greasy after like a day witch then of course made me want to wash it everyday and so I decided that in the summer holidays when I had finished my year I would get my hair used to not being washed everyday so I got into the routine of washing my hair every two days and it ended up working out after a couple of weeks, my hair stopped getting greasy after one day and I was so glad I did that. Now, I have got into a routine of washing it every three days and that is even better! I'm so glad I have stopped washing it everyday.
So when it comes to shampoo I don't really have a specific one that I use all the time, I kinda like to mix it up and try all sorts of different ones. I am have been switching between these two at the moment :

The first one is the Argan Oil Shampoo with Moroccan argan oil extract. I bought this when I was last in England and regret not buying more than just one. I didn't know what to expect from this product as it was from Poundland but I love anything with argan or moroccan oil in it so I just had to try it out, and to be honest I really like it. I don't find that it 'mousses' up as much as some other shampoos but it still does the job of cleaning your hair and because it has moroccan oil it in I feel like it makes my hair a lot softer than some other ordinary shampoo, so for one pound you can't go wrong!

The other shampoo I have been using is this massive bottle of Hair Academy Shampoo for Fine or Flat hair. I have never really heard of this brand before until I went into this little shop over here in France that is run by English people and stocks products and brands from England. As I have been trying to give my hair a little bit more volume lately I thought that this shampoo could maybe help do that. And I have found that it works wonders on my hair! Again for such a small price I didn't really know what to expect but after using it only twice I feel like my hair already has a lot more 'oumpth' and volume to it, it definitely feels thicker. Even on the days where I don't wash my hair, I brush it and my hair just bounces back and feels so thick, it's amazing! I am not sure where you can get this product from in England but I will try and find a link for it.

Next is conditioner. I use conditioner every time I wash my hair, but once a week I swap it with a hair mask just to give my hair that little extra treatment that it deserves. Again, I don't have a favourite conditioner, I just mix and match. Normally I would use a conditioner that goes with the shampoo but unfortunately when I bought both of these shampoos they both didn't have the conditioner in stock.

The conditioner that I have been using is a Tresemme one, but it has just run out so I can't get a photo of it sorry. I think it was one for damaged hair or something like that. So I have resulted into using the Alberto Balsam Intensive Conditioning Treatment. And yes I know this is a treatment more than a conditioner but I personally don't like it as a treatment or mask, I don't feel like it does as much as the hair treatments I have used and tried before, therefore I am using it as a normal conditioner and it does it's job fine. I love the smell of this product even though I am not a fan or honey, but with the almond extracts it just gives it that nice, clean, warm smell. Again this was only a pound, so you can't go wrong with that!

For a hair mask I have been absolutely loving this Herbal Essences Split End Protection Intensive Mask for beautiful ends. It is just an amazing products, my hair feels so smooth and frizz-free after using this on my hair and the smell is just gorgeous, it has raspberry extracts in it and raspberries are one of my favourite fruit. If you had split ends that need controlling or damaged hair I really recommend going to check this little beauty out, again, very affordable and the product lasts ages. Here is the link and it's half price at the miment so go grab it now guys, bargain! : Herbal Essences Split End Mask

Moving onto hair care products. I have one that I use on my hair when it's damp after I have washed it and one for the days where I don't, so on dry hair.

My 'damp hair' product is the Macadamia Nourishing Leave-In Cream. I won't say too much about is product as I have recently done a blog post about it but I absolutely love this product and well pretty much everything I have tried from this brand is amazing. I just put a little blob on my fingers and just run it through the ends of my hair. This is a 60ml bottle and it has lasted me so long! I bought this off a website called Fragrance Direct for only 2.99, bargain! Unfortunately they don't have this one left on the website anymore but they have a 300ml bottle for only 11.99! Here's the link : Macadamia Leave In Cream.

My 'dry hair' treatment is the Tresemme Salon Smooth Anti-Frizz Serum. You can use this on dry hair aswell as damp hair but seeing as I already have the Macadamia one for when I wash my hair I thought I would just use it on the days when I don't wash my hair. This product has Argan Oil in it and like I said before I love anything with that type of oil in it as it is so good for your hair and it leaves it feeling so soft and silky. It a quite runny, see-through liquid, and again I just put a little blob on my hands and run it through the ends of my hair. Once it has sinked in the ends of my hair feel so smooth. You can find this product in any Boots or Superdrug for about 4.99.

Last but not least, products I use on my hair before/whilst styling it. As I have said near the beginning of this post, I have been trying to give my hair a little more volume and thickness to it and when I last went to Boots in England they had a 3 for 2 deal on all hair products. I don't know if they still do it but it's a great deal. So I picked up 3 different products to try out all relating to volume and thickness of hair. These two are my favourite ones out of the three.

The first one being the Vo5 Plump It Up Amplifying Blow Dry Lotion. I love this product, although it doesn't give me as much volume as I would like I still find that it helps it and what is great about this product is that it's also a heat defence, a great 2 in 1 as when I style my hair after washing it I don't have to use a styling product and then a heat defence, I just have to use this one product. I spray this product all over my hair and the roots before blow drying it. It has a nice smell to it and leaves your hair looking nice and shiny.

My next favourite is this Tresemme 24 hour body Amplifying Mousse. I love this mousse, I don't use it everytime I blow dry my hair as I feel like it does make my hair feel a bit greasy the next day, I don't know whether it's because I put too much in or it's just actually putting mousse in my hair that makes it that way. Either way I still really like this product as it gives me great volume to the top of my hair. On towel dried hair, I shake the can and pump a quite a big size blob on my hand then rub my other hand in it, and then I will just like massage it in in the underneath of my hair at the top, and then on the outer bit of my hair. Then I just get the hair dryer and just blow dry away! This does add some nice volume to my hair and it seems to last all day. Recommend this product to anyone looking for a great mousse to amplify your hair.

My favourite drugstore moisturiser.

Hey guys, today I'm going to share with you my all time favourite drugstore moisturiser which is the Garnier Pure Active Daily Treatment Moisturiser. As you might know I absolutely love the Garnier Pure Active range, which is for people with oily to spot-prone skin and these products work really well on my skin. I have been using this product for over a year now and after trying out all kinds of different moisturisers I always find myself coming back to this one as I find that it's the best one for my skin. This products claims to help clear imperfections and fight against blemishes and blackheads and has a formula with Salicylic acid and Zinc which helps clear impurities and helps prevent impurities from appearing whilst leaving the skin feeling soft and comfortable. And I definitely agree with the last part of that, my skin feels so smooth after using it in the morning and at night time, whereas I find that with most of the other moisturises I have tried, they seem to leave my face feeling a bit oily and went rather then sinking into my face and leaving it feel nice and soft. I don't know whether they aren't really made for my skin type or they just aren't the best moisturisers, I'm not too sure, but either way I know that this product definitely fits my skin type and I will recommend it to anyone with combination to oily skin or to people who have a few blemishes. Whenever I have a little spot or even a few, using this moisturiser after using a good face wash really does help to soften the appearance of the spot the next day. This moisturiser does have a scent to it so if you don't like any face products with a scent to it then I wouldn't really recommend this to you. However, I am not really fussed about having a scent to any of my face products and this moisturiser does have a really nice smell to it, it's quite a fresh smelling scent and I really like it. The tube is a 40ml tube which might not seem a lot but it does last me a long time, the good thing about this product is that you only need a little bit because a little blob does go a long way. Last but not least, it is a very reasonable price, you can find it in Boots or Superdrug for something like 5 pounds and trust me, it's worth every penny!
I hope that this post might have helped some of you discover a new little moisturiser for oily or spot-prone skins and I would like to know if you have ever tried any Garnier Pure Active products before?

Escada - Born In Paradise Perfume.

Hey guys! I'm here today to talk to you about my favourite summer perfume. This perfume was a present from my boyfriend for my birthday, we both went to Sephora on the day so we could both choose the perfect one (I don't know how many different perfumes I smelt that day but all I could smell for the next few hours was a mixture between 50 different perfumes all in one haha). My boyfriend was the first one to find this one as he said it stood out amongst all the others and I couldn't agree more. The colour of it just made it stand out and for some reason just made me happy haha. The colour is so summery as it reminds me of like a beautiful blue Caribbean sea.. Can you just imagine yourself sitting next to that sea, on a beach, drinking some freshly made Pina Colada out of a real coconut? Cos I sure can! This actually brings me onto the scent of the perfume.. So after finding this beautiful blue bottle of course we had to smell it and oh my, it is just so amazing.. a perfect summer scent. It is a fruity scent that reminds you of Pina Colada. Ok so if you don't like Coconut or Pineapple this perfume is definitely not for you! On the packaging it states that the perfume is based on the Pina Colada Cocktail and contains hints of Watermelon and a refreshing mixture of juicy pineapple and smooth coconut milk Pina Colada is probably my favourite cocktail so I could not just not fall in love with it! The smell is quite strong but light at the same time, it doesn't have an overpowering smell I feel like. The smell and the bottle definitely gets a 10/10 for me! It is actually very affordable too, I got the 30ml bottle from Sephora for about 40euros so about 35 pounds but if you ever go to a duty free at the airport go check it out there as you can get the 100ml bottle for only 15/20 pounds more! Bargain!
